Q: How is my vehicle washed?

We wash the exterior of your your car by hand, using rinseless foam technology. The foam absorbs and lifts the dirt and creates thick lubrication to wipe away the dirt without scratching the paint and without the need of rinsing before or after. This is how we are able to wash the car efficiently in its existing parking space. We dry the vehicle by hand as well, to ensure no water spots. We even dress the tires.

Q: What is the price of the car wash?

$25 for all regular sized vehicles and SUVS, $30 for oversized pick-ups and vans

Q: How long does the car wash take?

<30 mins on average from the time of booking to completion. In many cases, we can begin the car wash immediately. You will receive a text message when the wash is complete. You are never charged until your car wash is completed.

Q: Are your products environmentally friendly?

Yes, our primary washing agent is plant based and environmentally friendly. Best of all, the average wash with Park&Wash uses about a liter of water. The average car wash uses up to 80 gallons of water per car. Washing your car in the driveway uses up to 100 gallons.

Q: Do I need to tip?

Nope, you do not. Our washers earn a solid hourly wage plus an incentive for each vehicle washed.

Q: Will this wash remove bird poop, sap and bugs?

You betcha (reasoable levels). We use a special solution just for the pesky stuff. Sure, it still requires some elbow grease, but you’re worth it.

Q: Do you wash the interior of the vehicle?

At this time, this service is for the exterior only to ensure we can wash the car quickly, in its existing parking space, while you shop.

Q: What if I complete my shopping before my vehicle is ready?

No problem. It’s fine for you to return to your vehicle and chill, while we finish up. Just relax, we’ll be done in no time. And if you need to leave before we were able to start your wash, no problem. You are never charged unless we complete your car wash service.

Q: Why do I have to provide my license plate number when booking?

This will ensure we’ve found your specific vehicle in the parking lot. :)

Q: How will you locate my vehicle?

When booking, you will enter your the license plate, color, and make of your vehicle. In larger shopping centers, you will also identify the rough location of your vehicle in the parking lot.
