Q: How is my vehicle washed?
We wash the exterior of your car by hand, using rinseless foam technology. Rinseless wash products encapsulate and lifts the dirt, while the foam creates lubrication to wipe away the dirt without scratching the paint and without the need for rinsing before or after. The vehicle is washed one panel at a time so that the surface is wet, but water runoff is minimized. We dry the vehicle by hand as well, to ensure no water spots.
Q: What is the price of the car wash?
$30 for all regular sized vehicles and SUVS, $38 for oversized SUVS, pick-ups and vans. There are no additional fees or tip.
Q: How long does the car wash take?
About 30 minutes on average. You are never charged until your car wash is completed.
Q: How do I book this service?
Look for the Park&Wash signage near garage exits and scan the QR code or visit Park&Wash.net and click BOOK NOW. Select from the two nights we offer service at your community.
Q: When is the vehicle washed?
We deliver service at your community two nights a week (Wednesday and Sunday nights, subject to change). You can book service the day of or in advance. Vehicles are washed between 9 PM – 5 AM on service nights.
Q: Is this process safe for all paint types?
Park&Wash is safe for all paint types, including properly maintained ceramic coatings. A great benefit to using a waterless car wash on top of your ceramic coated car is that it adds an additional protective coating.
Q: Are your products environmentally friendly?
Yes, all our products are PH neutral and environmentally friendly. Best of all, the average wash with Park&Wash uses less than 1.5L of water. The average car wash uses up to 80 gallons of water per car. Washing your car in the driveway uses up to 100 gallons.
Q: Do I need to tip?
No, you do not. Our washers earn a healthy hourly wage above market with additional incentives provided.
Q: Will this wash remove bird poop, sap and bugs?
You betcha (reasonable levels). We use a special solution just for the pesky stuff. If we feel your vehicle is too soiled to wash safely, we send you a special notification and your credit card will not be charged for service.
Q: Do you wash the interior of the vehicle?
At this time, we do not. Our service is an exterior wash only, but we may add interior service in the future.
Q: How will you locate my vehicle?
When booking, you enter your license plate, color, and make of your vehicle. You will also identify the parking level your car is located and/or your assigned parking space if applicable.
Q: Why do I have to provide my license plate number when booking?
This will ensure we’ve found your specific vehicle in the parking lot. :)
Q: What if I end up not driving home and my car is not in the garage at the time of service?
No problem. Plans change, just make your best effort to cancel before 9 PM on the day of service. If we can’t find your vehicle in the garage, your card will not be charged. We do not charge your credit card until/unless service is completed.
Q: Can I reschedule or cancel service after I have booked?
Yes. You will receive a text confirmation at time of booking. This text contains a link to cancel if needed. Please ensure you cancel before 9 PM on the date of service to ensure your vehicle is removed from the washer’s queue.
Q: I entered a different parking level in my booking than where I parked on the day of service. Will my vehicle still be washed?
More than likely, yes. We will make our best effort to locate your vehicle based on the license plate, even if you entered the incorrect parking level. If we can’t locate it for any reason, we will notify you and your credit card will not be charged.
Q: How will I know when service is completed?
You will receive a text message triggered by our washer when the have completed your service between 9 PM – 5 AM on the evening of service.
